12-Week Kick Start Program (ONGOING):
This program is for beginners or those returning to exercise. Participants meet with their coach twice a week and commit to completing one additional training session on their own each week. This 12-week fitness plan has been designed by ACE (American Council on Exercise) to boost your strength, endurance, muscle definition, energy level and overall health. 

Freedom BANG™ (ONGOING):
BANG is an urban-inspired mixed-fitness group exercise class done with or without the option of 1/2 lb weighted gloves. BANG is a fusion of boxing, aerobics, intervals, hip hop, world dance and bodyweight training. Jumpstart your workout with a “BANG” and take your fitness to a whole new level!

Mondays, 7:00 pm @ FCMC Community Health & Wellness Center, 294 Lincoln Way West, McConnellsburg, PA 

Fridays, 10:30 am @ Onelife Fitness, 562 Northern Avenue, Hagerstown, MD

Zumba (ONGOING):
Zumba is a total workout for everybody and every body. It combines all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of 'AWESOME!' each time you leave class.

Thursdays, 7:00 pm @ Waynesboro Area YMCA, 810 E, Main St., Waynesboro, PA

Tai Chi for Arthritis / Fall Prevention (ONGOING):
This program utilizes Tai Chi's Sun style for its ability to relieve pain, improve relaxation and balance, and for its ease of use among older adults. It is also suitable for adults, without arthritis, who might have a higher risk of falling.The program is recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and supported by arthritis foundations around the world.
