BANG is a mixed-fitness group exercise class with HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and some serious attitude. It is a unique fusion of boxing, cardio, HIIT, hip hop, world dance and bodyweight training with optional weighted gloves.

Freedom Barre is a ballet-inspired, low impact, strength, flexibility, and balance workout. It is the newest addition to our menu of offerings.

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention
This program utilizes Tai Chi's Sun style for its ability to relieve pain, improve relaxation and balance, and for its ease of use among older adults. It is also suitable for adults, without arthritis, who might have a higher risk of falling. The program is recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and supported by arthritis foundations around the world.

Dancing to the Oldies
Dancing to the Oldies is a low impact class for all those who are ‘young at heart’ and love the music of earlier decades. We dance to the oldies as performed by the original artists; we explore cover versions of the classics – as interpreted by younger artists; and we take your special requests for specific tracks or the fancy dance steps that they used to do ‘back in the day.’ Participants are encouraged to bring their own flair to the party and get their groove on for this hour of pure, unadulterated joy.

8-Week Weight Management Workshop (TEMPORARY PAUSE DUE TO COVID-19 DISRUPTION):
In this workshop series we learn how to establish habits that eliminate or reduce factors that contribute to Weight Loss Resistance. We explore what it means to nourish ourselves, think more deeply about the food choices we make, and position ourselves to have a better relationship with food.
