BANG is a mixed-fitness group exercise class with HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and some serious attitude. It is a unique fusion of boxing, cardio, HIIT, hip hop, world dance and bodyweight training with optional weighted gloves.

Zumba is a total workout for everybody and every body. It combines all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of 'AWESOME!' each time you leave class.

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention (ONGOING):
This program utilizes Tai Chi's Sun style for its ability to relieve pain, improve relaxation and balance, and for its ease of use among older adults. It is also suitable for adults, without arthritis, who might have a higher risk of falling. The program is recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and supported by arthritis foundations around the world.
