IGNITE Dancefit (Average Steps: 6,700)
Dancefit is a music driven group exercise class which incorporates Latin, hip-hop, African, and bhangra dancing along with boxing, aerobics, HIIT and more. The class is suitable for all fitness levels with the option to use weighted gloves for increased intensity. Our music makes you want to move, and the choreography is designed to be easy to follow for maximum fun while getting a great cardiorespiratory workout. With our signature “Track 6” and “Reach the Peak” tracks, try one class and you’ll be hooked! (Mondays, 6:00 pm) 

Barre focuses on strength, flexibility, and balance using ballet-inspired movements with and without the barre. Using your own body weight as well as free weights, you will gain strength and develop a fully toned body. Our music driven choreography is what makes IGNITE Barre so much fun. We have options for all fitness levels – as well as pregnancy options. This just might be your new favorite class! (Tuesdays, 5:00 pm)

Zumba, including strength and core section (Average Steps: 4,300)
Zumba is a total workout for everybody and every body. It combines all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of 'AWESOME!' each time you leave class. (Tuesdays, 6:15 pm) 

Yoga is the practice of uniting the body, mind, and spirit. Physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation all help to improve flexibility, strength, and muscle tone; and they facilitate mind-body integration as well as total relaxation. Our practice will vary from week to week to include Kemetic, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative offerings. The only requirement is that you agree to honor your body, and show up with an open heart and mind. (Wednesdays, 5:00 pm) 

Dancing to the Oldies, incl. low impact standing and/or seated strength & core section (Average Steps: 4,100)
Dancing to the Oldies is a low impact class for all those who are ‘young at heart’ and love the music of earlier decades. We dance to the oldies as performed by the original artists; we explore cover versions of the classics – as interpreted by younger artists; and we take your special requests for specific tracks or the fancy dance steps that they used to do ‘back in the day.’ Participants are encouraged to bring their own flair to the party and get their groove on for this hour of pure, unadulterated joy. (Thursdays, 5:00 pm)

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention
This program utilizes Tai Chi's Sun style for its ability to relieve pain, improve relaxation and balance, and for its ease of use among older adults. It is also suitable for adults, without arthritis, who might have a higher risk of falling. The program is recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and supported by arthritis foundations around the world. (Private sessions are available upon request.)
